Terms of Service | Neural Deep Network LTD

1. Seller and scope
Neural Deep Network LTD, company number C114166, Malta. Customer support: work@neuraldeep.net. Correspondence: DiHubMT, Zone 3, Central Business District, Triq L-Intornjatur, Birkirkara CBD 3050, Malta.
These terms apply to purchases where Neural Deep Network LTD is identified as the seller: physical goods, 3D printed products, downloads, design services, and any subscriptions or paid agent/API services offered by us. A linked app or another seller may have its own terms; its checkout must identify that seller. These terms do not replace another company's contract.

2. Orders and prices
Review the product, specifications, quantities, currency, total price, delivery charges, taxes, and any recurring charge before confirming payment. An acknowledgement records receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed by our acceptance message or dispatch/provision of the order. If we cannot supply an order, we will tell you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled portion. We will not impose a higher price after payment without your agreement. Mandatory consumer rights apply.

3. Payments and agents
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Stripe, Wix and the payment provider process payments according to the payment flow used. Do not send card details by email or chat. Orders placed through an AI assistant, MCP integration, machine-payment interface or other authorised agent are subject to the same product information, price disclosures and consumer rights. The seller identified in checkout handles fulfilment, receipts, support and refunds. An agent must have your authority to purchase; permission to explore or generate a design does not by itself authorise payment, a subscription or a print order. Report suspected unauthorised charges promptly to us and your payment provider.

4. Digital products and subscriptions
The offer must specify what is supplied, required software, file formats, access period, usage allowances and any expiry or renewal rules. Recurring plans must disclose the amount, billing interval, trial end and cancellation method before purchase. Cancel future renewal through the account or billing portal where available, or email us before the next renewal. Cancellation ends future billing and normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Refund and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund and Return Policy. A change in future subscription pricing requires advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Uploads, designs and use
You retain your rights in materials you provide and give us permission to process them and use necessary service providers to fulfil your request. You must have authority to submit those materials. Rights in delivered designs follow the licence or statement of work disclosed before purchase. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for production; we do not promise exclusive intellectual-property rights in every AI output. Manufacturing requires review of dimensions, material, tolerances and intended use. Parts are supplied only for the uses and ratings stated in the listing or agreed specification. Safety-critical applications require an appropriate validated product.

6. Delivery, remedies and complaints
Our Store Policy explains delivery and custom production. Our Refund and Return Policy explains cancellation, returns and remedies for defective goods or services. Statutory conformity rights remain available. Contact work@neuraldeep.net with your order reference and issue; we aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.

7. Fair use and legal rights
Do not use our services unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Necessary restrictions must be proportionate; they do not remove rights to refunds or other remedies required by law. We remain responsible for obligations the law does not permit us to exclude. Maltese law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their country of habitual residence. Updates govern future transactions; the terms applicable to a purchase remain those supplied at that purchase.
